I do that too. I think the mayonnaise gives it a lot of extra flavor and take away the fish taste for people who don’t like that. I wanted to ask you I take a lot of pictures of food too. How do you add the url address on the bottom of your pictures? Thanks for your help.

Yummy Yummy salmon.. it’s good to eat, cooked or raw. And no matter how we cook, we probably can’t go wrong with salmon. For me, a bit of pepper and salt and grill it.. will do :)

Hi Tami: I use Movable Type which allows me to edit my entries in two sections: the main section and a hidden on. I see you blog on blogspot. Blogspot does not allow you this. If you want to get started on using better blogging tools such as MovableType or WordPress, let me know.

Hi Jee: You are right. Salmon is good anyway you eat it. We love salmon shahimi too.

Excellent!! It’s kind of like Halibut Olympia but without the minced onions and bread crumbs.

Hi Marina: Thanks for the frequent visit and letting me know. This makes it seem so worthwhile keeping on blogging. Are you familiar what sashimi is? It’s basically raw fish! Anyway, I will blog that and have a little variation for those who does not like raw food. You have a cute site — I’ll blogroll you!

Hi Eric: Interesting site you have there. I can relate to anxiety attacks because I have seen how sometimes how little many people understand. Bravo for embracing this problem. Hey, I have never heard of Olympia Halibut before but just checked that on the net. You know I’ll try that out one day. Thanks for the tip!
