The food is terrific and the sessions are a ton of fun. We o with a group of woman every month for a "party". The tunes are cranked, we dance and I go home with 16 dinners. Its amazing. I like using meal assembly services because it offers so much variety. I also like the fact that it reduces my meal planning and grocery shopping time. And.. because I'm a working mom, and never had the time to shop the deals at grocery stores anyhow. So.. meals at $2.50-$3 are a good deal to me.
