		<description>Hey Ben, since you work in Metrotown area, I highly recommend Saffron on Kingsway just west of Wilson(?) around 4200 block. Excellent buffet lunch for $9 something. Complimentary naan by the bastkets. IMHO they make very good butter chicken.

Hi Wager Witch: Are you familiar with East Indian food?  It's something sweet ... a kind of a dessert.  Maybe a tad too sweet for many people.  You can buy it from almost any Indian "Sweets" restaurant.

		<description>hi Brother Ben and sister Suanne:  I still say indian restaurant on #3 and westminster hwy has much better lunch buffet than the one you guys tried in Surrey.  I mean the naan in surrey restaurant is burnt as per your pictures.
just my 2 cents...hey ..i am allowed as i am indo-canadian myself..remember!.laughing heartily as i type this
