For cheesecakes I also recommend Il Pappagallo’s on Hastings & Sperling in North Burnaby. And Piece of Cake on Lonsdale (& Esplanade I think) in North Van.

I'm not a huge fan of cheesecakes, but I LOVE the one Sweet Revenge offers. Unfortunately, they're only open in the evenings. http://www.sweet-revenge.ca/main.html
