Hi LotusRapper: You know, I am with you. There are Hainanese Chicken rice places around town but me too, I had never found one that is really, really good. They have to be absolutely juicy and dripping with fat … and the soya sauce must be mixed to perfection.

I don’t have a favorite place, unfortunately. I’ve had Hainanese chicken at the usual suspects: Singapore Restaurant, Tropika, Banana Leaf, Cafe D’Lite and Kelong. But I must say none of them really wows me with their chicken. Am I just being too stringent ?

I’ll take this opportunity to ask Chow Timers which place(s) in Greater Vancouver do they think have the best Hainanese Chicken ?

The food looks so good. I went to my favorite Taiwanese restaurant last night and got many of the same items. Of course, I couldn’t get Hainan Chicken Rice. Now I want it so badly!
