<description>I have been trying for 1 year, (since my favorite resturant closed :( )
to find a recipe. The dish had sliced rice cake, pork, mushrooms and bok choy in a clear sauce.
Does anyone know what this is?
Thank you so much!
Denny

<description>One of my uncles practices traditional Chinese medicine. The old ways are still highly effective and many have been proven scientifically, according to one of my other uncles who was a medical school professor at John Hopkins University.

<description>Hi... I think the shop may be called "Fook Bo Tong" instead of "Fook Tong Bo" judging from the signage. :)
