		<description>Actually, it was shown to be not safe. Food safety experts can't advise using Ziploc bags  - boiling them releases carcinogens in the plastic. Do a Google search on it.

		<description>I think with the heavy duty ziplocs (freezer/microwave) it should be fine. It shouldn't take the mixture long to cook anyway.
