I have no idea what they are called. But on my last trip (almost 2 years ago). I stayed near the Opera House, and most of the bakeries sell this gigantic hotdog covered in a cheesy topping. No worries, they sell them here at the Creperie on Robson as well, I just don't think they will taste as good as the "authentic" ones. Hi Ben,
