Seaweed Egg Swirl Soup

Julie also served a Seaweed Egg Swirl Soup together with the dumplings. This soup is very easy and quick to prepare.

Studies on seaweed has indicated that it has curative properties for tuberculosis, arthritis, colds and influenza, worm infestations and even tumors.

Ingredients

  • Dried seaweed
  • Green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • Chicken Powder
  • Sesame oil

Instructions

_MG_4917_edited-1.jpgBring a pot of water to a boil. Add in the dried seaweed. Stir to break up the seaweed.
_MG_4919_edited-1.jpgBeat the eggs in a small bowl. Drizzle the eggs into the boiling water. Keep stirring with a pair of chopsticks to get the egg flower effect.
_MG_4921_edited-1.jpgSeason with chicken powder and few drops of sesame oil. Garnish with chopped green onions.Here you are, a soup ready in 10 minutes.
