my husband who has high blood sugar eats this a lot. bulgur wheat is very high in fiber and nutritious. Healthy alternative as main dish or just appetizers with pita bread. i noticed some people use couscous instead of bulgur wheat if you can’t find it at lebanese or arabic store.

  2. Wow. Add some raw, smoked, or canned salmon and you’ve got a complete meal in a bowl.

  3. first of all tabouleh is originateD from lebanon not syria and after reading this ingridient and you serve it to any lebanese guy believe ME that bowl would be on your head it is the most discusting tabouleh i ever saw please stop creating and changing the original cuIsine . IS NOT TABOULEH IF THERE IS CUCUMBER. IT IS NOT TABOULEH IF IT IS FULL OF BORGOUL.

  4. As georges said,Tabouleh is a lebanese national dish . Besides, it does not contain cumcumber …
