		<description>The first time I had a dora yaki was in Japan quite a few years ago. Bought it at one of the bakeries outside of the subway station in Tokyo. I love these things. I figured out how to make them recently but it still doesn't taste the same as the time in Japan.

Btw, I loved your NYC pictures. I wish digital photography was cheap back in 2000 when I was living there, but it wasn't, so I don't have beautiful pictures like you do. :-(
