		<description>Hi Nausicaa:
Most of the pictures were not taken with a flash although I have a Canon Speedlite 430X. I normally set my ISO to 200 but in dim settings I set it to 800. Many of the pictures came up well because I shoot in RAW and I could salvage a lot of shots using white balance/software. Anyway, my equipments are described on this link:

<description>Beijing noodle house is right beside Wang Fu King restaurant, somewhere near landsdowne mall. There is a bunch of restaurants around it.
Their signature dish? Well, don&#039;t really know, I only have been there like three times and never got to know it. You can try stuffs like fried flat bread strips for some noodle.

Sure thing, we try everything ... well, almost everything. Where is this Beijing Noodle House? Let me know what their signature dishes are.

<description>Looks like small portion for $4 ($3.98) medium dim sum. Kind of lame.

I like Kirin Richmond better The price for each dish is not cheap either but much bigger portion.

Some of the dim sum places give you low price for each dish but the portion is ridiculous small like it&#039;s for sampling.

<description>It seems that most of the restaurant reviews here are about cantonese food. Want to try the Beijing Noodle House for some authentic northern Chinese food?
