		<description>I think the fried beans is a SzeChuan dish where the beans are stir fried first.  Then fry again with the other ingredients like garlic, ginger &#038; Sze Chuan preserved vegetable.  The usual soy sauce, sugar &#038; salt, sesame oil are added. Then lastly white wine vinegar or rice vinegar is added. I hoped to try this place when we come over from England to visit Vancouver later in the year!
