Hi Dandel, the garlic is roasted together with the onion and red peppers. The jar with the word “Mozzetta” is actually sun-dried tomatoes in oil. Minoo brought two different types of sun-dried tomatoes, one dried and another in oil just to show the members.

When do you add the garlic to this dish? also, what is the purpose of the jar with the word “Mozzetta” in front of it?
