		<description>BTW, if you venture a bit more west next time, you can enjoy very nice desserts and coffee at Meinhardt Fine Foods on Granville @ 14th. Great place to people-watch too. It&#039;s an urban &quot;niche&quot; market very akin to those in NYC Upper West Side. Variety is staggering especially given the relatively small size of the store. A must-go.</description>

		<description>Hey Ben &amp; Suanne, you were in my &#039;hood :-)

Although I personally find Max&#039;s prices pretty high, they nevertheless provides an important focal point for the neighbourhood. And their hours are good too. I see a lot of police officers frequent Max&#039;s because of their convenience and variety of food throughout the day. Overall it&#039;s a good &#039;lil neighbourhood spot. 

BTW, Stuart&#039;s opened a 2nd location in the Oakridge Mall food court. Taking over the spot occupied by The Lunch Box.</description>
