Yangchow fried rice is one of my favorite fried rice dishes other than the dried scallop and egg white fried rice which is my personal favorite. The addition of wine/sherry is something new to me for fried rice. I have never thought about adding it in but it sounds good!

Congee Noodle House on Broadway is open til 3AM. Yangchow fried rice can be a hit or miss at restaurants.

Thank loooooooooooooooooooooks so delicious =P Better than the one I order at a local restaurant. It tasted a bit bland there the other day so I’m dying for some.

Hi Deelicious: The only restaurant that I know of that opens 24hrs is the #9 Restaurant in Richmond. I am sure that there are others. We are having a great time in Barcelona. Lots of eating (some awesome, some terrible!) and sightseeing. Ben

I’ve been a silent reader for a very long time! Yangchow Fried rice, always wanted to learn how to make it right!! I just had to comment lol. By the way, do you know any late night restaurants that open really late? 2-3AM? Hope you’re having fun on your vacation!
