I've been to this place too but I didn't quite enjoy it. The pancake was a bit soggy (I crisped it up a little on the grill) and one of the dishes was extremely bland. A plate of noodles we had was really sweet too, which struck me as odd.

I have that same book! I think I got it at Costco. Funny that you have it too.

I think I already mentioned the book from The Spanish Table in Seattle. It is something they put together, and not as fancy as the one here. But the recipes have a lot of description. It also describes how to use unusual cooking pans, like paella pans (and others).

Hi Ben, it was great meeting you, Suanne, Nanzaro, and Arkensen for dinner the other day! Like you, I was enjoying just chatting, so much so that I often forgot about cooking and eating the food.

I agree, the bbq was good but the seafood hot pot was disappointing. That was the first time we ordered that hot pot (and it'll be the last). I did have to give the fried rice a thumbs up even though I didn't eat any, because my daughter ate it all up without any encouragement, and that's rare, lol!

Yes, we should meet up and do this again!
