  • Ben on Seattle: The Crab Pot: Hi ScoobyDoo: You don’t have to order for the number of people you have on the table. We did not order for four people since the boys would not be able to take a full order. Ben
  • Ron C. on Seattle: Ivar’s Chowder in Sourdough Bread Bowl: I remember going to Ivar’s (on the Seattle waterfront) a number of years ago and being quite disappointed.
  • EatSnapRepeat on Seattle: The Crab Pot: Nice! I visited the Crab Pot for the 1st time a few months ago and it was great fun. I must say, however, that after the food has been dumped on your table and has had 10-15 minutes to cool down, it doesn’t taste very good. More reason to make a mess and eat fast I suppose :)
  • ScoobyDoo on Seattle: The Crab Pot: I noted that the menu was based on per person. Did you guys order for 4 people or less?
  • Jennifer on Seattle: Argosy Cruise Around Seattle Harbor: The skyline of Seattle is absolutely beautiful especially on a summer night or when it’s just sunny in general. :) Also, you can see the Pacific Science Center arches to the left of the Space Needle. I used to volunteer there. Interestingly enough, both Quest Field and Safeco Field are built right next to a fault line. Wouldn’t want to be caught at a baseball/football game during an earthquake! Yikes!
  • Suanne on Chocolate Yogurt Cake: Hi Imelda, 1.5 cups is 1 1/2 cups.
  • imelda on Chocolate Yogurt Cake: hi! what do you mean of “1.5 cups” of plain yogurt? is it 1-1/2 cup? or 1/2 cup? help! thanks, imelda
  • Jessica on Seattle: Argosy Cruise Around Seattle Harbor: Went to a mariners game when they played the bluejays before. I was bored silly because the seats are so far away from the players. The Canadians games are fun and it’s in a smaller stadium complete with hot dogs and beer!
  • fxho on Seattle: Argosy Cruise Around Seattle Harbor: Not a hockey fan here (Run!). Have you considered going to Nat Bailey’s for a (minor league) baseball game? Sure, it is not MLB but at least it gives you a sample of the experience without having to cross the border
  • waiem on Chinese Sponge Cake: I’m glad I found this site with lots of easy to follow photos. I tried this cake last night, but it turned out more like a ‘kuih’ (Malay dessert), and there were big holes inside. The only change I made was to use brown sugar and I put in the baking powder into the margarine before adding the milk. Could this be the reason why?
