Butter Tart Muffin

Jean’s last dish in this week’s cooking club meeting is Butter Tart Muffin. The ingredients are similar to the Raisin Butter Tart, so do the flavour.

Drizzle a teaspoon of pancake syrup over each muffin once the muffins are remove from the oven. Let the muffins stand for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
