Hi Suanne – it looks quite easy to make! But just wonder, it is possible not to deep fry it (or not to use too much oil)?
Suanne, everythings goes with bananan is my favourite. I’ll try it out one day for my kids. Thanks!
I am a hack cook and I loved your blog (via Blogexplosion). You describe the processes well and your use of pictures is excellent!

Suanne,
This is really similar to a dish I make using silken tofu, but the bananas are a great twist. I love fruit and meat combinations. Can’t wait for the next recipe.

Hi Jenny, this dish is prepared in the community kitchen, not my kitchen :-).
Hi Windy, you can try shallow fry instead of deep frying.
