Ava made two types of icing for her Chocolate Cupcakes.
The first icing is Green Tea Icing.
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 5 to 6 cups icing sugar, sifted
P/S: ignore the Icing Color bottle; we did not use it.
Prep time: 10 minutes; Serve 24 cupcakes
|Combine matcha powder with whipping cream and mix into a paste; set aside.|
|Beat butter briefly in a bowl. Sift the icing sugar into the butter.|
|Add the matcha paste.|
|Beat until smooth. Use a piping bag to decorate the cupcakes.|
