Ben and I met up with J and C for breakfast. J and C are in the process of immigrating to Canada during our visit. So, they have lots of questions in mind. We are glad to share our experiences with them.
J and C brought us to The Ming Room for a dim sum breakfast. The above is deep fried white bait fish with salt and pepper.

“Har Gow” (steamed prawn dumpling).
Steamed BBQ pork bun.
“Loh Mei Gai” (steamed glutinous rice with chicken).
“Siew Mai” (steamed pork dumpling).
Pan fried diced radish cakes.
A version of deep fried dumpling.
A kind of porridge. I like the crispy Chinese donut topping.
Pan fried fish cake, I think.
Another version of pan fried dumpling with vinegar ginger dipping sauce.
Ben and I wished J and C all the best in their future undertakings. Hope we can meet again in Canada.
