Ben and I had lunch at a hotpot restaurant called Dolar Soup.
We had the sour plum soup for drink and the restaurant served it in wine glass.
We helped ourselves with the sauces at a centralized station.
There was also a salad bar.
We had some appetizers while waiting for the soup to come to a boil.
The hotpot came in individual soup pot.
We had a mushroom and a herbal soup base.
Here were some of the items we ordered. Various meatballs.
We always start our hotpot with meat to add flavour to the soup. The above was lamb slices.
We had a plate of assorted mushroom for the vegetables of our meal.
And some green vegetables too.
Some noodles as filler.
Watermelon from the salad bar to end the meal. This meal came to RMB190 (CAD32).
