Random Eats in Beijing – Mei Zhou Tung Bo

Ben brought me to one of his favourite restaurant here; Mei Zhou Tung Bo.

Mei Zhou Tung Bo is located at the top level of a shopping mall and it is bright and spacious.

We ordered Mei Zhou Tung Bo’s signature dish; pork knuckle in sour and spicy sauce. The pork skin just melts in our mouth.

We also had a spicy dry fried Chinese cabbage (suey choy) with pork belly.

The last dish is a Mushroom and Prawn Soup. It was loaded with various mushrooms.

The milky broth was flavourful.

A vinegarish dipping sauce with chopped garlic and chili was served on the table.

The meal came to RMB159 (about CAD27).
