Random Eats in Beijing – Xinjiang Restaurant

I love lamb. Ben brought me to a Xinjiang Restaurant to satisfy my craving for lamb.

I believe the cutlery is outsourced for cleaning. It is wrapped in set when served to customer as quality assurance.

Lamb skewer is just RMB2 each; minimum order 5.

We also ordered a Roast Leg of Lamb. Very tender and satisfying.

Disposable gloves are provided for eating the roast leg of lamb.

Grilled egg plants with spicy seasoning.

Stir fried noodle with lamb and green peppers and tomatoes.

The noodle is chewy as I preferred.

Stir fried black fungus with chilli.

Lastly, a lamb soup. What a lamb feast. The meal came to RMB107 (CAD18).
