Before we went back to see the Eifel Tower, we had dinner at a Vietnamese Restaurant.
French cuisine has a lot of influence on Vietnamese Cuisine as Vietnam was colonized by the French in the 19th century. We are quite sure that the French army did bring back Vietnamese cuisine to France. So, we decided to try out a Vietnamese restaurant here.
The usual bean sprouts (raw) and basil were served for a pho that we ordered.
The pho was pretty good.
The rice noodle here was wider than what we usually get from Vietnamese Restaurant in Vancouver.
We also had a vermicelli salad dish with beef and fried spring roll.
The Vietnamese meal was a good one.
Why would you eat Vietnamese food in PARIS??! There are so many resources for you guys to try out amazing cafes, restaurants, patisseries, or even make a picnic and enjoy your time on the grass! What the heck?!?!?
I would strongly suggest you visit the farmers’ markets in some of the neighbourhoods. Or go to off side streets to cafes. My partner and I plan to visit southern France in Burgundy wine region around city of Dijon.
