Home Baked Fries
We served the Chicken Strips with some homemade Baked Fries and Sweet Potatoes.
You can substitute sweet potatoes with yam.
- 4 medium potatoes or sweet potatoes
- Black pepper
- Chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon of Olive oil (we used grapeseed oil)

|Wash, peel and cut potatoes into wedges. If using organic potatoes, just scrub the potatoes leaving the skin on and cut into wedges.
Place in a large bowl.
Season with chopped garlic, paprika, rosemary, salt and pepper.
|Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat well.
|Lay potato wedges in a single layer on parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake in a 425F oven for 30 minutes or until crisp. Turn the wedges half way through.
