Ben loves dishes with sauce.This Fried Tofu and Egg Stew is just one of such dish.

Plenty of sauce to go with steamed rice.
Ingredients
- 8 hard boiled eggs
- 1 package of fried tofu
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon dark say sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 cups water

P/S: the dark soy sauce was missing from the above photo
Instructions
In a wok, fry the garlic with sesame oil until fragrance. |
Add ground pork and break them up with a wooden spoon while frying. |
Add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce and stir fry for 30 seconds. |
Add fried tofu, egg and water and bring to a boil.
Lower heat to medium and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with steamed rice. |
