Fried Tofu and Egg Stew

Ben loves dishes with sauce.This Fried Tofu and Egg Stew is just one of such dish.

Plenty of sauce to go with steamed rice.

Ingredients

  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 package of fried tofu
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon dark say sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

IMG_8987In a wok, fry the garlic with sesame oil until fragrance.
IMG_8988Add ground pork and break them up with a wooden spoon while frying.
IMG_8989Add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce and stir fry for 30 seconds.
IMG_8991Add fried tofu, egg and water and bring to a boil.

Lower heat to medium and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve with steamed rice.
