This is from a trip to downtown Vancouver.
Ben and I had a late lunch at Gyoza Bar on West Pender Street.
I guessed it was not busy because it had passed the peak lunch hour.
Ben had the Karage Curry. The deep fried boneless chicken was slightly crispy on the outside.
The curry sauce which was served on the side had a strong spices flavour.
There was also a side of salad. The Karage Curry is CAD15.50.
I had the Pork Soy Ramen.
The broth was rich and the noodle was al-dante. I always enjoy a rich ramen broth.
The egg which came with my ramen was rich in soy flavour. I’m not a fan of egg but I liked this one.
