Sometimes, Nanzaro will go for his run along the seawall in Vancouver. After his run, he will go for a healthy brunch.

One of Nanzaro’s healthy brunch destination is SMAK Fast Food.

SMAK serves gluten free food. Their menu include organic scrambled eggs, gluten free toast, salad (as seen in fridge in the photo above), wraps, etc.

On the first occasion, Nanzaro had a Sausage Breakfast Sandwich @ $6.45 with addition of  Spicy Avo Mash for an extra $1.35.

His sandwich with a coffee came to just over CAD10 including tax and tips.

On another occasion, he tried the organic scrambled eggs.

He had the Avo Eggs @ $7.55 which is two scrambled eggs, spicy avocado mash, oven roasted tomatoes and green onion served on a bed of SMAK potatoes.

The SMAK potatoes are made with sweet potatoes.

His meal with coffee and a nut bar came to CAD13.00 including tax and tips. He likes the Avo Eggs better than the sandwich.
