Ben and I went to the Buns Master Bakery & Delicatessen on No. 6 Road on a Saturday morning to get something for breakfast.
The lady who serves us told us that this bakery has almost 40 years of history. This location serves the surrounding industrial area. It is very busy during week day.
This is the groceries area where you can get bread, muffins, sweet treats, bagel, etc.
Here is the deli section where you can select the ingredients for your sandwich.
The dining area.
We bought a few items to try. The above is the sausage roll with flaky pastry.
The above is a Cornish pastry. The pastry for this was more bread like.
I had a sesame bagel with cream cheese. The toasted bagel was crispy on the outside and chewy inside. However, the cream cheese was rather stingy as I hardly can taste the cream cheese. We used to buy the sesame bagel from the Buns Master on Marine Way but it was closed a long while ago. We simply love the sesame bagel from Buns Master.
Bun Masters also has a catering menu. This will be great for office party.
