Ben and I had lunch at Ikea in Richmond after church service on Sunday. We enjoyed browsing in Ikea while getting our daily walk.
We started off with the Ikea waffles as they were on sale for $1.99, celebrating Swedish Waffle day. I found the waffle doughy. I am not sure what was in the little round pastry, but it was pretty fishy to me. It’s just me because I do not like strong seafood flavour.
We enjoyed Ikea’s coffee.
We shared the Swedish Meatballs, their signature lunch item.
We also shared a Butter Chicken. I wished there is more sauce on the side for dipping of the naan. By the way, the butter chicken came with half a serving of naan which is served as a side dish (like garlic toast) that customer has to place it on the plate by themselves.

We like to come to the Ikea Restaurant because the food court is big. We also like that Ikea changes the lightings décor in the restaurant once in a while so that it’s never feels the same every time we come.
