I had the opportunity to attend praise dance in the summer.
For this last occasion for me, I joined the group for dim sum after praise dance. This particular group always go out for dim sum after the praise dance to get to know one another better.
We went to Tin Tin Seafood Harbour Restaurant this time. The organizer had reserved two tables. This place was full house and we had to wait a few minutes as one of our table was not ready yet.
Tin Tin Seafood Harbour Restaurant does not charge for tea which is a good thing.
One of the lady took charge to order as the rest of the group were busy chatting. The above is Spicy XO Sauce Rice Noodle with Shrimp. This was really good.
We ordered three servings of the Eggplant with Shrimp Paste as one of the lady suggested not to cut them into smaller pieces.
The Spicy Garlic HongKong style fried Pumpkin was another good choice. It has some dried fish and crispy shallots.
The Deep Fried Taro Dumpling has very flaky coating while the filling is moist.
The Steam Spareribs with Pumpkins were piping hot. I almost burnt my tongue with a piece of the pumpkin.
The Steamed Chicken Feet with Taro were good too. We had two orders but not enough to go around. Fortunately, we had more chicken feet in the following dish for those who did not get one.
Here is the Steamed Chicken Feet and Spareribs on Rice.
The regular Steamed Shao Mai Dumplings with Shrimp and Pork, a popular item at dim sum place.
Steamed Beancurd Sheet Roll with Duck Feet. I had some of the beancurd sheet but not the duck feet as there were not enough feet to go around. I prefer chicken feet than duck feet.
Green Onion Pancake is the easiest to divide. This group always come prepared with their own scissors.
The last item to arrive was the Steamed Rice with Minced Beef and Pan Fried Egg. This came with a generous serving of minced beef.
We ordered just the right amount of food without any leftover.
Each of us paid $12.50 for this meal. There is a 20% discount some dim sum items if the bill is settled before 11:30AM.
