The South Arm Multicultural Community Kitchen ended the Greek theme meal with a Greek Yogurt Cake.

The Greek Yogurt Cake is moist and a great dessert to end a meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup any flavour yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
Heat oven to 350F.
Grease and dusk with flour an 8-inch cake pan. |
Combine flour and baking powder in a medium bowl and set aside. |
In another medium bowl, using a hand mixer on medium speed, lightly beat eggs (approximately 30 seconds). |
Add sugar. |
Add oil. |
Add yogurt and beat for 1 minute until smooth. |
Add flour mixture and beat until well combined, approximately another minute. |
Pour into the prepared cake pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick or knife inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. |
Let cake cool on wire rack.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. |
