After our walk at Queen Elizabeth Park, we went for breakfast.
We came upon King’s Chinese Cuisine as we turned out to Main Street. So, we had dim sum here.
The place was quite busy. We waited quite a while before our orders arrived. The above was Steamed Custard & Egg Yolk Buns. I like the sweet and savory taste of the filings. Regular dim sum (big, medium and small) is $3.38.
Just be careful biting into them as the filings can be very hot.
The Steamed Preserved Pork and Sausage on Rice is a special item at $4.88. Here, the server will pour the soy sauce on the rice for you from a bottle.
We had a small Sauteed Pea Leaves in Garlic Sauce to go with the rice. The small plate is $6.25.
The Stewed Beef Tendon & Beef Tripe is a kitchen dim sum @ $3.98.
The last item is Steamed Stuffed Bean Curd Wraps which is a medium dim sum @ $3.38.
There is no charge for tea here.
The bill came to $26 including tips.
